Day 239 - A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.....

Our last day in Hervey Bay, so we got our schooling done early so we could head out and explore.

We landed ourselves in Maryborough, the birthplace of P.L. Travers author of Mary Poppins! We visited the old bank building where she lived on the top floor for some time.

We found the Mary Poppins statue after a few wrong turns thanks to Mr SatNav!
