Day 212 - Brisbane

  • Brisbane
  • 26°c
After a somewhat broken sleep, Ella & Oscar were most excited to discover we had bought some snack pack cereals, the little multi junk packs,  It really is the small things in life!  After packing our bags we decided to do a vintage store hop, didn't find a lot but in the last shop Ella scored big, an almost brand new Lala Loopsy Doll for $15, after explaining to Daddy how much she was saving rather than paying retail, they compromised on the "no more dolls/ teddys rule" as it really was a one of a kind find!

Next stop Brisbane city, we parked near Southbank and took a lovely stroll. We were amazed by the pools they have, absolutely pristine, right in the heart of town and free!

Only bummer was we had bathers packed for our trip to Melbourne but no towels.

We called in to see Taraa, Sakura & Saxton and spent a lovely afternoon catching up and playing, unfortunately Paul was still at work.

We left the car and walked to the station about 1km away and caught the airtrain to the airport, so quick and easy, Melbourne really needs one of these.

We had a couple of hours till our flight, we passed the time with some gaming, sewing and drinking!
We had organised airport transfers when we booked in at The Beach House, so it was lovely to see Mama & Bapas smiling faces when we got off the plane! The drive to the Beach House was almost as long as the flight but it was lovely having time to catch up.
