Day 177 - Bondi Beach!

The Sun was shining so it was a perfect day to head of tho Sydney's famous Bondi Beach! It was just a short(ish) drive through the Sydney suburbs and under the Harbour! to this must visit beach.  After managing to find a park for $8 - 2hrs, which was a lot better than wanted to charge $32 for the first 3 hours we wandered on down to the sands.

It is a really lovely beach and there were quite a few people about  but it certainly wasn't as packed as I can imagine it gets on warm weekends.

 We looked for Dr Chris, but didn't see him or any other celebs bathing at Bondi!

After eating our lunch and having a short frolick in the shallows it was time to pack up and head back to Chatswood to get Steves iPhone fixed. The wi-fi chip had gone in it, so they kindly replaced it with a new phone - gotta love Apple! Oh and we also learnt that iPhone and iPod chargers don't charge iPads properly, they are only 5 watt and iPads require 10 watt, that explains why the iPads sometimes took sooo long to charge. You're welcome!

The Bush Turkeys came back to visit around dinner time and we were also graced by the presence of a Kookaburra! Love being surrounded by nature and wildlife.
