Happy 30ish birthday
to Sueanne! Rach put on a monster spread of chicken & champagne and
strawberries & cupcakes and had decorated the camp kitchen area
beautifully!
Ella got stuck into
her school work straight after breakfast, whilst Oscar chose to wait till
later, quite possibly not the best idea as the day got hotter as it wore on,
but eventually it was done!
Steve & Troy kept
working away on Troy’s drawer & fridge slide and were very pleased with
themselves when it all came together, not to mention it looks awesome and is
super functional!
I busied myself with
some more stitchin, trying to finish off Ella’s birthday present and nearly got
it done.
After a quite
afternoon, sitting around camp chatting with Megan & Bill and our gang of
campers, it was decided that Rach, Sueanne, Wendy, Troy & Steve would head
into Mindil market and then onto the Casino for more celebrations.
I
volunteered to stay home with the kiddos and ended up with nine for movie night,
rather than try and get them to agree on a movie I chose C.H.O.M.P.S., an
eighties classic, which I think they all enjoyed. I whipped up a batch of
perfect popcorn and everyone was happy!
