The off road version of the Karma Bus is all packed up and ready to roll! The vans are stored safely in Daves driveway for the next week or so whilst we make our trek to the tip.
Our first cuppa stop was at Hann River Roadhouse where we met Jellybean and a very friendly emu!
Happy Birthday Troy, the big 39, so to celebrate we had lunch at the Sexchange Hotel and the birthday boy feasted on a roadkill burger! Oscar and Max had a game of pool, which is fast becoming a favourite past time, whilst the girls made friends with the local pub dog.
We reached our destination for the night; Archer River Roadhouse and set up camp.
The bigger boys took a drive and found some firewood and after their hard work and with refreshments in hand we headed down to meet Rach & the kiddos at the local river for a dip.
Pretty excited to be lighting our first campfire of the trip! The marshmallows went down a treat and we were all pretty happy to be spending our first night off road in swags and tents.
